Featuring ten modules presented by Rutgers Business School faculty and subject matter experts, this program will help you change your perspective from player to coach, and learn specific skills to help you become a better leader and effective collaborator with both management and direct reports.

- Directing and influencing relationships: Learn the importance of building and cultivating relationships with your mangers, peers, and reports, as well as strategies to help those around you create productive relationships with each other
- Performance management: Understand and implement the successful appraisal and communication methods that lead to superior individual performance as well as employee retention and growth
- Diversity of cultures and thought: Understand the considerations in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in contemporary workplaces of all sizes, and how they impact both people and organization.
